I also helped medtech start-ups to hit the market, and saw how tough it is to push the doors of hospitals.

Along all those experiences, I saw a global pattern. Hospital tenders reveal real market needs and purchase intent — yet this data remains untapped. For years, these documents were treated as admin tasks, not as strategic assets.
